Who does Number 2 work for?

Once upon a time I complained during a show I taped with a friend of mine that I hated pulling on paper towels in the restroom with really wet hands.  The reason being that if your hands were too wet the paper towel would tear before you had a chance to pull it out.

The reason I mention that is because the power went out at work yesterday.

That doesn't really make any sense at all, does it?  Sorry, that's just how my brain works.  It's what I call Batman Logic.  Example:

Robin:  Here's a note from the Riddler, Batman!
Batman:  It reads, "A stich in time saves nine."  Nine players on a baseball team.  The baseball team plays on a diamond.  He's after the Gotham Diamond!!

WTF!!!???  How the hell did he draw that conclusion?!?  Any way that's kinda how my mind works.  But I digress...

The other day this chick I work with was in the bathroom when the power went out.  She came back in saying it wasn't so bad that the lights were out, but she was only able to get one square of toilet paper at a time.  One of the other people in the office replied that the rolls are designed that way.

My response was of course, "You people are stupid."  I couldn't contain myself.  I went off about this so-called "One Square Conspiracy."  (That's what I called it anyway.)  But as I ranted and raved about how goofy these knuckleheads were I began to wonder...was there really a basis for what they were saying?

I never was able to prove the "One Square Conspiracy."  (Or the "#2 Conspiracy" as I almost called it.  Get it?  #2...toilet paper?)  But I did come across an interesting article about Sheryl Crow.  Click here for the genius that is Sheryl Crow

Sheryl Crow is either one of the smartest people on the planet or one of the dopiest people I know.  Know of, at least.

So, to recap:
Power outage-->Toilet paper-->Sheryl Crow-->Wet hands on paper towels-->My good friend Will.

Batman Logic at its finest.

By the way:  the chick that was in the "loo" when the powerwent out...we now call her "One Square."  Her cat is the one with the "Soft Paws."
