I'm not exactly sure where to go with this one.

This chick I work with has a cat. (I've got one too.  Nobody's perfect.)  Anyway this cat has claws and apparently likes to use them on stuff.  In an effort to curb the cats enthusiastic claw sharpening they purchased these claw covers.

These things are called Soft Paws and slip over your cat's claws.  (Could this be called a "Pet-icure?) I can only imagine it must be difficult to put these things on your cat.  All the cats I've had in the past really didn't want you playing with their claws.  I had one cat rip my finger open.  Of course it was an accident.  But I'll bet it wouldn't have happened if he was wearing Soft Paws.

They're like Lee Press-On Nails for cats.  I shit you not.  They even come in fashionable colors.  What next?  Little kitty grillz?  A nice clutch for your cat to take for a night on the town?


What happened to the good old days when you could have a cat declawed and no one cared?
